Preparation, Cookie Meetings & Cookie Rallies

Girl Scouts have many ways to sell cookies—in-person, virtually via the Digital Cookie platform, booth sales, walkabouts, and other creative ways Girl Scouts dream up. No matter which path they take—virtual, in-person, or both count on a successful Cookie Program.
Preparation
Make Sure Your Girl Scouts Are Ready to Sell
All girls must be registered Girl Scouts and return a signed permission form to their Troop Cookie Manager to participate.
Smart Cookies Online Management System
All troops will be using Smart Cookies to enter cookie and recognition orders, track payments and transfers, and to manage their cookie booths. In mid-January look for an email invitation from noreply@abcsmartcookies.com to complete your registration. If you didn’t receive a welcome email, contact your Service Area Cookie Manager or info@gsnwgl.org and they will re-send the email to get you started in Smart Cookies.
Our website will have links to valuable step-by-step Smart Cookies instructional videos on YouTube. Look for ABC/Smart Cookie emails throughout the Cookie Program with helpful tips and instructions about key portions of the cookie program.
Cookie Meetings & Cookie Rallies
Cookie Meeting with Girls and Families
Hold a cookie meeting with girls and families and go over the important cookie information—dates, safety, and the new cookie! Make sure to set a troop goal with your Girl Scouts. Find great Cookie Program Family Meeting guides for each level below.
Cookie Rally
A Cookie Rally is the ideal kickoff event to ensure you have a fantastic Girl Scout Cookie season! Girl Scouts can refresh their selling skills and cookie knowledge while having waves of fun!
